The P.O.W.E.R Method workshop series 

is a series of workshops designed to gain a deeper understanding of the

Nervous System and how to Regulate it.

 1. Body: all the biological components that influence regulation and health, from the genetic and cellular level to the organs and systems.

 2. Mind: thoughts, emotions, coping strategies, our internal working models, and how we see ourselves.

 3. Connection: how we relate to other humans in the context of close relationships within our community and our society at large.

 4. Spirituality: our need to be part of something larger than ourselves.

 

Each of these pillars must be addressed in order to master nervous system regulation.

WHAT YOU WILL LEARN:

To Train your nervous system as you would train your muscles and mind.

HRV Biofeedback combines resonant breathing with real-time tracking of your nervous system. It’s not about calming exercises or meditation - it’s about training your capacity to handle any challenges.
