Creating Freedom and Space to Be Yourself with Kristen Crowley
Kristen Crowley is a former TV news anchor, turned branding maven. Overcoming the labels and expectations, Kristen is a mom of two, branding expert, and creator of the Brand Image Academy and reFRAME Brand Image Content Retreats. After 17 years of live television, and 12 years in TV news, Kristen made the shift to entrepreneurship after her grueling schedule took its toll on her health. Using fitness to overcome postpartum depression, hormone issues, and freedom, Kristen decided to lose the label of "being on television" and forge a path for herself and other women to do the same.
She has taught me so much about business, about being a bold woman, taking risks, and really just going all in on your dreams. And I am so excited to share her with you today.
