Going All in Despite the Fear of Failure with Katherine McDavitt

There is nothing more inspiring than a woman fully tapped into her power, using it to create a massive impact in the world. And that is exactly what Katherine McDavitt is doing.

Kat McDavitt is the founder of Innsena, a go-to-market consultancy for the healthcare technology sector. She leads the consultancy's market access practice. In this role, Kat focuses on how the intersection of health, technology, and policy can support state and super-regional efforts to achieve interoperability to improve health outcomes. In addition to the consulting practice, Kat also started the Mothers in Medicine fund to provide childcare grants to mothers in clinical roles. The Mothers in Medicine fund is a part of the Zorya Foundation, a non-profit dedicated to creating opportunities for women in the healthcare industry.
