Kara Ayala is an entrepreneur, real estate investor, mentor, and advocate for women, wives, and moms. She is the founder of Reign & Co. and host of the Marriage, Money & Mayhem podcast. She has grown and sold multiple million-dollar businesses in the real estate, construction, plumbing/HVAC, and property management industries. She has managed over 500 properties since becoming a real estate investor in 2006. Her experience in real estate includes project oversight, full remodels, bookkeeping, investor relations, and interior design work.

Kara coaches women on how to be successful while at the same time having amazing marriages and incredible relationships with their children. Kara is living proof that you can do both. She believes you can magnetize the wealth you desire without sacrificing your relationships. Her passion is to help others see that creating multiple streams of income provides more freedom to invest in what matters most, the people in your life. She loves to share her own personal lessons as a wife, mom, and entrepreneur.
